Our Policy
At MR.DEBA, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. You have 7 days from delivery to raise a return or exchange request.
How to Return

Raise a Request
Contact us via our Support page or email within 7 days of delivery

Ship It Back
We'll share the return address. Pack the item safely with tags intact

We Inspect
Once received, we'll inspect the item within 2 business days

Refund Issued
Approved refunds are processed within 5β7 business days
Eligible for Return
β We Accept Returns If:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- Wrong size was delivered (size chart mismatch on our end)
- Item is unused, unwashed, with original tags attached
β Not Eligible If:
- The item has been worn, washed, or altered
- Tags have been removed
- Return request raised after 7 days of delivery
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events
- Damage caused by the customer
Refund Method
- Prepaid orders β refunded to original payment method (UPI/card/netbanking) within 5β7 business days after approval
- COD orders β refunded via bank transfer or UPI. You'll need to share your bank details via email
- Exchanges β if your preferred size/color is in stock, we'll ship the replacement after receiving the return
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong item / defect), we cover return shipping costs. If you're returning due to a size preference change, return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
